Bertie

Bertie is the download poster here on Dedicated TV - working day and night, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
He never stops because he is a cyborg, we acquired him from ZeiraCorp for £13.37 million near the end of 2008.
He has since posted over 11,000 downloads and will continue until either Earth runs out of electricity or Sarah Connor finds him.
Build
Bertie's body is built from standard metals, but his brain has been carefully created from substances deemed too top secret to allow me to post here.
He doesn't eat, he doesn't sleep, he doesn't poop; his unique cyborg attributes allow him to continue his job without getting tired and without getting bored - giving him no reason to quit.
He has no internal organs, instead he is made up entirely of PHP code.
He is constantly operational - processing new TV shows; downloading, Extracting, RARing, uploading, posting. Due to the need for reliability we kept Bertie clear of any components or programs from Apple or Microsoft, fearing the thought that using any of these items could cause overloads in the 8PFLOP internal processing units and lead to a diasterous meltdown.
History
Bertie was aquired on Wednesday 20th August 2008 at 11:09 pm. Pictures from his first day can be found here.
After many weeks of preparation, Bertie posted his first download "X Factor S05E26" on Sunday 30th Nov 2008 at 9:26 pm.
As Bertie's downloads became more popular the posted downloads evolved, more file hosts were added, more general information was added. Currently Bertie's downloads contain episode and show information, NFOs, screenshots, related downloads and helpful links. He uploads to RapidShare, MegaUpload, FileFactory and HotFile. The Upload Queue shows you details on whats being uploaded.
Bertie is currently version 4.6.
