Favourites List

On the homepage we now have the option for you to filter shows to only display your favourites, or to highlight them.

There are 3 options:
OFF shows the normal list of TV
ON shows only your favourites
HIGHLIGHT shows the normal list of TV but with FAV before the name of your favourites

You will of course need to choose your favourites: click the "pick favourites" link (same blue box) then check all shows you want to pick as your favourites - then click Save.
If you return to the homepage and favourites are turned on then it should display those!

The favourites feature is attached to your username, so you need to be logged in/registered to use it.

I wont tackle that directly but I was going to add an extra favourite option - which will be "highlight". So everything gets shown, but your favourites get put in bold so you can still see them above everything else.

yer ild rather my favs were highlighted then lose everything else. But thats just me probably being picky. Ive left it for now.

Yup, I'm gonna +1 on the make Favs more prominent (larger text, or different font) - Great job benny!

Suggestions:

1) It's on your list, but don't store the values in a cookie, i tend to clear mine a lot and there are a LOT of shows to wade through to click

2) Perhaps some sort of ajax search box thing, like type D brings up list of D shows, typing e then brings up De shows (Dexter, Desperate Housewives etc) Just to kill all that scrolling. It'll also stop people favouriting father ted or other shows that are finished, because if they are fans they'll know the show is over

3) Some auto-hide feature - for instance I'm not going to ever watch Big Brother, I'd love to auto-hide it. So you can favourite a show, auto-hide it if you hate it, and leave everything with "no preference" visible but not prominent like favourites

4) Remove erroneous shows like Season 4, Season 5, the several Big Brothers in there and some other ones I can't remember

5) When favourites is enabled, the Monday/Tuesday images disappear

3) I know, but there's just SOOOO many chat/shit shows that make the page mega long, I'd really like it if the page could be "Things I like, or have no opinion of" rather than "I like this, shit, shit, shit, brutal show, hate it, Maybe, Like this one... etc etc"
